This tour can be organized with customized departure dates, according to your needs. There are no fixed dates.
WHEN TO BOOK
To organize this tour effectively, it should be booked with a minimum of advance notice, and all the various included services need to be confirmed.
HOW TO BOOK
To book the package it is necessary to send the complete names of all passengers, passport numbers, 1 phone/whatsapp number, flight numbers if already available. Partial or total payment can be made at the time of travel confirmation in 2 ways:
- Option 1: 30% down payment by Mastercard/Visa credit/debit card via payment link we’ll send you (+5% for card fees). In this case the balance will be paid on the day of your arrival in Panama City to our guide in cash (at no extra cost) or by Mastercard/Visa credit card (+5% for card costs).
- Option 2. Full payment by international bank transfer at the time of booking (no extra charges, just the cost of the transfer from your bank).
- *In both cases, the reservation will be confirmed at the time of either the down payment or full payment, depending on the customer’s choice.

Your trip to Panama begins with a welcome from our staff, who will greet you at the arrival airport (Tocumen or another Panama City airport) according to your flight schedule.

All included tours start and end with pick-up and drop-off directly at your hotel, according to the times indicated in the travel itinerary.

All transfers to and from the airport are private, with direct service to your hotel.

Transfers to and from the San Blas Islands are operated in shared 4×4 Jeeps, with a maximum of 6 passengers plus our driver.

Panama City – Bocas del Toro – Panama City flights are not included and will be quoted based on the travel date chosen.
